Using faction transfer

Last night I purchased a 3 faction transfer bundle from the store, but I have no clear indicators on how to use it. Looked all over my account info online, the store online, going to the store through the log in screen…nada. Its listed in my purchase history as complete but I haven’t a clue how to apply the transfers because I see no clear UI guide on what to do next. The support articles yielded nothing, so I’m here down 60 bucks and a hour of my life.

If you log into the game, on your character screen you will have an icon up by your character list.

I have a character transfer and a boost left over from my DF expansion, just so you can see those. All you have to do is click the icon of the service you’re using and then the character you want to use the service on.

If it’s not showing up for you, the first thing to check is that (a) you bought it for the right game iteration (Classic, WotLKC, Retail). If that is correct, then (b) please make sure to log out of the client entirely and log back in. Sometimes it just needs that refresh to show up.

If neither of those things work and it’s been over 24 hours since you made the purchase? You can then submit a ticket for “Purchase Failure” for them to look into any issues.

The first thing I’d recommend is fully relogging - both game and launcher.

This could be a simple update issue.
