We’re making some improvements to the User Interface and to quest icons in The War Within™ that will help navigate your adventures even better— including a new arachnophobia filter!
Reagents will now indicate what expansion they are associated with, making it easier to sort through the items you have stashed in your bank and determine if you REALLY need that Rain Poppy you’ve been saving from Pandaria or if it’s really time to just let it go.
You’re really gonna call me out like that huh?
Will there be a way to filter out icons you don’t want to see to reduce map clutter?
Hopefully, we can turn off all these icons on the map. The map is very crowded in Dragonflight. Without toggles, it will be a lot more crowded in TWW.
I’m thinking:
“Additional updates have been made to the quest log (Hotkey L) with an additional checkbox selector for the quests you would like to track along with additional information on the quest and its status.”
Covers it, no? That’s my interpretation of it anyway.
I see what looks like it could be a filter icon also.
The best feature is being able to hide quests you’ve already done on your alt. That’s going to be very nice me thinks.
Ahhh, I’ve not seen that, I was about to log into Beta, but no idea if it’s implemented on Beta or not yet. But the burger icon, that’s what I assumed would be the filter, so good stuff.
The image I grabbed was from the gameplay in one of SignsOfKelani’s “upcoming features” videos, so it’s presumably available in the beta.
Any good graces with the accessibility community arachnophobia mode gives is cancelled out by locking steady flight behind an achievement.
Release steady flight at the same time as Dragonriding.
Make Pathfinder boost steady flight’s speed to the new level, if you HAVE to tie some sort of reward to it.
Yeah, I’m in now, but had to create a new character, my Remix import can’t leave Pandaria haha
Hmmm. thanks. haven’t been in beta. Could never get a character to work properly on the leveling servers and just focused on Remix.
I love it and its beautiful and very detailed
I assume we should have pre-patch notes that arrive tomorrow, right?
Also big changes. I hope the next focus of the interface will be the character screen (the one that shows items, status and the like).
One of the best features in TWW.
Now please reduce the costs of Warband Bank slots. It shouldn’t cost millions of gold to unlock it all, it’s not a guild bank.
Good changes.
When will there be a post about the changes made to guilds with the implementation of Cross-Realm Guilds game-wide?
So glad. As a person who hates questing, now I can turn off all that garbage and ignore it
For quest icons maybe but that doesn’t mention anything about all the other stuff being shown on the minimap. Hope you’re right about the filter!
The three of you are RELENTLESS.

I loled’ - can’t wait! Wonder what this looks like or if it’s just a filter sort of thing. Either way - win!
