For some reason I can’t change soulbinds in arenas on my alt pally. When I open my covenant tab, the soulbind simply doesn’t appear AT ALL. This is the only character this happens on. I submit ticket. Reponse:
“You reported that you can’t change the soulbinds in Arena or Battlaground. This is working as intended. Soulbinds do not work in PvP instances (Battlegrounds, Arena).”
Do Blizzard play their own game?

Have you built the covenant mission table? For some reason the interface doesn’t show up for me until after I do that.
GMs are pretty clueless when it comes to WoW. I’ve had to open 3 tickets and asked for it to be escalated because the first ones you get usually have no idea what they’re talking about.
If you’re still having issues, you can always say that your issue is unresolved, and another GM will look into it. Perhaps maybe try wording your ticket differently. Try to be as clear as possible.
don’t worry i get the same thing at work when i submit a bug to engineering and my reply is the software is working as intended i guess thats true if you intended for it not to work correctly from the beginning

You have to rp really strong and speak like you’re writing the Bible and the 1st tier of robots have no idea what you are saying and go ahead and escalate you.
I have a feeling you havent “Activated” them yet.
Go to the cov, and make sure you Activate the soulbind on your propper spec.
