The way the new Warband login screen is setup, I had no idea that I was on the wrong server when using my boost. The character in question is on Blackhand but my main realm is Moon Guard. Is there anyway to get this undone so I can create a toon on Moon Guard?

you are on the right track, a ticket under purchase failure will help you. If the website is being goofy, try another device, network or turn off your firewall/VPN for a minute while you try.

I made a similar (more egregious considering the new char select ui) mistake at the start of TBC Classic and CS just locked the character/gave me another boost.
I used a boost from an epic DF license and ended up not using that license at all, like < 10 minutes total. When I contacted CS later on about getting the boost refunded they told me too bad.

Generally, they will refund the boosted character as long as you don’t play it. However, that character may be locked until a new boost is applied to it.
I did the exact same thing. Boosted character on wrong server.
I just bought a character transfer and I am now waiting for the cool down to drop off the boost.
That will happen at 11pm tomorrow ( Wednesday) which will be 72 hours after it was created.
The cool down is timed to the minute according to the response I got from Blizzard on that question.
This would be easier than trying to get a refund, in my opinion.
