While Tribal welcomes players from across the globe, our foundation is set on the US West Coast, with raid schedules that fit the lives of working adults in the Pacific Time Zone. Most of our events typically begin at 8:00 PM (PST), giving members the time to handle their daily responsibilities and then jump into raids with focus and intensity.

Mythic Raiding Details:
Our raid team is looking to push into mid-mythic content with a focus on constant improvement on our quest to tackle more challenging encounters as a team. Cutting Edge isn’t the goal—growth and progression are. We’re looking for players who are eager to test their limits and keep pushing forward. With a significant portion of Season 1 still ahead of us, there’s still a ton of time to pursue additional achievements together if we can settle into a roster who’s willing to put in the work. We’re setting a modest goal of 4/8M for this season, with the intention of going as far as we are able, and are looking for others who are interested in tackling Mythic content with a similar mindset.

Mythic Raiding Core Roster Requirements for Season 1:
Embarking on Mythic progression will demand more than ever before. We’re looking at stricter gearing and performance benchmarks to shape a roster that’s up for the task. Once we have 20 dedicated, geared-up raiders who meet the following minimum requirements, we’ll start considering early Mythic pulls.
Mythic Raid Roster Requirements for Season 1:

Item Level 624+ & 4pc Tier Set

Mythic+ Score of 2400 (This Requirement is in place to show that your raiding main is capable of and actively pursuing Gilded Crests & Myth Track GV.

Fully Gemmed and Enchanted Gear with BiS Variants.

Average of Blue-Purple+ (50-94 Percentile) parses on logged Heroic Kills.

Ability to commit to nearly 100% of scheduled raids.

(Some backup raiders / bench players will be required for Mythic Raiding as well. If you are not able to fully commit to the endeavor but might be around occasionally, consider hitting me up.
