I had previously made a post here ( [Urgent][Game Breaking][Paid Services] Day 9 of Trapped: Grobbulus Edition ) detailing the issues with paid server transfers on Mists of Pandaria Classic.
I wish I was able to say there’s good news, or that the problem has been resolved.
Instead, we’re coming up on day 10 of zero communication from Blizzard.
Bloodsail Buccaneers, our only strict RP realm to survive the consolidation, is currently locked to new players, despite being specifically signalled out in Fwoibles (Tom Ellis’) blue post and FAQ. The promise was made that BSB, in recognition of its small, but tight-knit RP playerbase, would remain open.
Outside of a single “oops, I’ll fix it!” Post from Fwoibles days ago (a post that was not actually linked to, or led to, a fix), BSB is still locked. Players tickets are unanswered. Forum posts are unanswered. The @BlizzardCS twitter account skips over any questions mentioning this issue in favor of answering questions like “can I get unbanned?”
Arugal, the main AU realm for the Classic Progression servers, is also locked, despite it ALSO being assured by Fwoibles that it would remain open. Our AU cousins posts, tickets, tweets, and any other communication methods used are likewise being ignored, and have been for over a week.
Lastly, Grobbulus (my own home) is somehow completely restricted from transferring to the “virtual/connected realms” that were opened up on Pagle. This is not about a free transfer. Paid Transfers, despite having no exclusions listed, and the support page mentioning no restrictions of any kind, are nonfunctional from Grobbulus to the only possible servers that give players even a chance at keeping their names, in direct contradiction of Fwoibles’ stated goals for this consolidation.
EDIT (Problem is more wide-spread than I had thought): Unlock Bloodsail. Unlock Arugal. Unlock Pagle connected servers. Unlock all servers. WE PAID FOR THESE TRANSFERS.
