If the unjust bans stick we need to boycot this awful company
they seem to be going as fast as they can to get to the tickets

when you submited your ticket?
Lol at all the toxic people here defending Blizz without a clue about what happened.
A blue post just admitted they made a mistake based on a “bug in analytic data” and therefore unbanned a lot, and adjusted the length for others they think could still deserve it.
Next time, remember even their clearly automated bans to make mistakes, too.
Just because the ban took a real person to review to initiate, it doesn’t count if that person solely looked at automated data gathered and applied a predefined threshold to it. Hence…this issue.
Hopefully they really do learn from this.

That’s a whole lot of getting carried. Sounds like someone that would be eligible for the Ban Bot, if it is a mistake I hope it gets corrected! They have the facts, and will straighten it out. It’s fun being guilty until proven innocent.
Congrats though, some big achievements. Hope it works out.
Anyone else get another suspension on top of the first one? So I am now double suspended until the 14th, then just normal suspended until the 6th. Still no answer on my first appeal, now I’m firing up a second one.
I received the 30 Day on Monday
About 30 mins ago I received the additional e-mail stating the same cause for the ban/ account the ban is for…
Just now its a 7 day. Starting Today. Ending on the 14th.
My Ticket is still "Open Status Howerver.
Best Guess. Blanket Reduced everyone left on review for a 7 Day - while still continuing to work through the mass appeals we all have.

But when you try and log in does it still say “29 days”? Mine does.

Yes. I hadnt checked until now.
Maybe the e-mails proceed some action to remove the old ban - so we just have not gotten the 7 Day update yet.

My Ticket is been on “Open” status for roughly… 27 or 28 hrs. Roughly ofc.
The account in question is EU however. I imagine that matters.
