Uplift changed from costing 2 Chi to costing 30k Mana?

Hey there, I feel like I’m going crazy, I can’t find any info on it anywhere and I’ve searched google several times today. As the title mentions Uplift now costs 30,000 Mana, but for all of MoP pre-patch up till YESTERDAY (7/24/25) it cost 2 Chi. Then I log in today start doin Heroics and something in my rotation just feels WEIRD and I go look and bam suddenly Uplift uses no chi and costs 10% of my total mana.

I confirmed with another Mistweaver that they are having the same issue. It just seems weird that they would make this change without saying anything… did anyone else notice the swap? or did I just hallucinate for a few weeks straight? I guess I’m just looking for further confirmation for my own sanity… TYIA.

I’ve been seeing people mention they made quite a few undocumented changes, apparently windwalker SEF got nerfed too, who knows what else.

This was a glyph in prepatch… possibly a pvp only one or one that had different effects between pve and pvp.

I want to say baked onto “targeted expulsion”

you are an angel, that was it! I’ve been pulling late shifts leveling and trying to be sure I got all my reps maxed for raid, I guess I changed to the expel harm glyph late last night and didn’t even remember doing it. I was so tired I just read “targeted EXPULSION” and went "must only effect EXPEL harm. I was literally crashing out. Thank you SO SO much for mentioning this.
