my friend cant upgrade wow retail to dragonflight, the downloader is broken, can someone look into it? he can’t post on forums because he was banned due to gallywix or w.e and his account suspension was lifted by not his forum bans.
If he’s tried recently wow servers are down so that might have something to do with it.

he is saying that he is getting an initialization error. and that he has deleted bnet and reinstalled clean but the error is still there. and has deleted his registries and reinstalled clean, still the same problem.
networking error? problem on blizzards end?
Well blizzard is havinc some server issues but i dont think its related.
It might be related to this issue:
your friends client can’t connect to the server to get anything so it will fail initialization because of that

and its been going on for a week apparently and he has messaged with an ingame ticket and they told him it was fixed and that he should be having no problems and closed his ticket.
on a side note… my ticket has been opened for a week and hasnt even had a response… his was opened for 2 days and got one… boo blizzard… boo.
