Unfortunately, while i was wrongfully banned for like 2 weeks, both of the wrongfully banned accounts accounts ran out of game time and they converted the arena points that i saved all season into honor (im already honor capped).
Is there anything that can be done to make me whole again after yet another wrongful accusation/ban gets added to the long list of overturned, wrongful actions taken against my account?
You can open a generic ticket and ask for the arena points restored this isnt gaurenteed and MITE AND I STRESS MITE do it as a one time time thing.
update: just got wrongfully banned again for the same nonsensical, erroneous reason. rip blizz customer experience
If you believe the penalty was applied in error, Imitchellttv, you’ll want to submit an appeal. I am sorry for what frustration this may cause, but that is the only option available in that situation.
