Feral got buffed in the PVE section, no mention of not for PvP…so buffs -_-

Maybe low-mid MMR Frost Mages were somehow finding a way to die on an immortal spec into anything other than like Marksmanship/Feral thus skewing the data.
I’m kind of underwhelmed by a lot of the changes (or lack thereof).

I’m 100% the wrong person to ask. Typically, you want 10 stacks. 8 stacks might be good for a finishing blow or because you’re about to primordial wave and that gives you a 10 stack. It depends on priority.
You might have read in a guide to use 8 stacks to avoid overfilling in maelstrom or in between windstrikes in ascendance.

BM should be viable. It’s honestly one of the healthier specs assuming it’s not actually overtuned.
