The only things I can think of that would make them hold on is that Ret has been climbing from last place in M+ in the past month and it is actually doing fine in Raid.
They might be waiting for the 4tier set to have it’s effect on the class before touching it.
Nah it’s because what you are complaining about is boring and mundane. We have classes that went this entire xpac with terrible covenant choices, conduits, unusable legendaries, gained virtually nothing from double legendary and you are here complaining about a tier set while your class is still able to function fine with/without it unlike a few other outliers.
Get inline or reroll to another class nerd. Your arguments are beyond petty but to be fair I expected nothing less from someone who plays a DH.

That’s literally the point. Havoc isn’t impacted by their tier set which is contrary to the developer-stated design goals.

I got no idea what all these nerds are raging about. Elemental is by no means weak at the moment. In full BiS, we are the 8th best dps spec in the game currently. With this buff we will be the third. No idea what all these people claiming “all the good ele players quit to play something else” when elemental was litterally used in world first Halondrus and other kills. This buff will definitely put Ele back at the top of the dps tier list.
Disc and HPal need some serious love. Not sure how much more data you need. It’s so obvious.

dead last? im usually top dps in my raid and mythic groups.
Climbing to what 3rd to last? Ret has been pretty lackluster in M+ the entire expansion it’s overdue for a damn AOE buff. Consecration needs to do more damage plain and simple, Divine Storm should do increased damage on 2+ targets and our AOE cap should be raised to 8.

I second this. We’re in a really good spot for keys. But we severely lack ST for raid. Also, I’ve been getting 90+ on parse for raid and im only decent/okay compared to others. It looks good on logs until I realize that there isn’t many VDH in raid and that’s why im getting high parses

Go look at the rankings just released for raiding for anyone who is blind to the fact that this tier set bonus is a terrible addition to an artificially boosted (nerfed) character led by a failure team of misfits presumably boosting their friend’s characters who they already boosted (hence fire mages with another 10% bonus), and no, 3% = 3% pet does not equal 6% to “that guy,” because 3% was -2% on paper with respect to 18 other class combinations, and -8% to 109% for 18 more according to my math - which wowhead proudly boats on this day with a chart clearly showing beast mastery at the very bottom - even below the affliction warlocks and feral druids AT THIS TIME SIR
