The ping never changes beyond which region is hosting. Any sort of lag beyond that is their connection, not any OCE players fault. Good luck explaining that to them though, the ones who believe this are as dumb as dirt.

just saw this after getting my computer fixed.
12 buck increase on the 3 month sub. It only ever increases. Simple solution would be to just have the sub paid in USD. Back in 2004 I subbed to runescape at “5usd” per month. it was around 8 bucks back then and it kind wobbled around up and down here and there but it never just was up up up up or up. They have since gone to “australia” prices and it is increasing soon, but a years sub is still going to be half of a wow 12 month sub.
But yeah just saying “your sub is 15 USD” and letting the currency convert on the fly would come across SO much better, especially when the AUD is performing well!

You just nailed why this would never happen. If the AUD increases, then we could be paying LESS than the US, and a US company would never allow that to happen. The main reason why local currency subscriptions is a thing is to avoid the US company losing money.

I remember when CS was good until Activision got involved. Then it dropped off. I know they are no longer involved. But it’s left its stain sadly.
My subscription ends in 15 days & will not be re-subbing.
Funny how this price increase coinsides with their Overwatch 2 & Diablo 4 hemorrhaging players to Marvel Rivals & Path of Exile 2.
To be honest the price does not represent the service we get or have ever gotten.

New Zealand here and its still cheap entertainment, i sub annually and just forget about it, lol am waiting on bank statement to see how much it went up lol. Our dollar is crap so i get it. but that you raise also the prices in shop for blizzard stuff i am shocked and dismayed, i have always brought a lot from the shops but now i know this is happening i will stop
