I got flagged as my name being against TOS which was surprising as my name was a internet meme but fine as I dont care about it that much, and was fine with changing my names I originally thought I got flagged for rename due to mass reports given my name was a popular meme. Regardless I’ve not made 3 tickets because I have multiple characters with similar names and these GMS just keep marking the tickets as resolved without actually giving me name changes on the characters im asking about… Not sure what to do as I assume my future tickets will also be closed without reading. For the idek how many times i’ve said this im not trying to get my old name back im just trying to get the current ones that you guys have decided are TOS changed, if I get linked the naming policy one more time (Y’all know that thing is vague and useless) im gunna lose my mind I dont care about the name I want to be able to change the ones you decided were TOS

I can tell you why these keep getting treated as appeals - it’s because that’s the category you keep using.
I mean its related to a ban I just want them to followthrough on making the change that should gave gone through with the initial ban decision right? Also I heard about a supposed name change option but that support menu UI is very difficult to even find stuff on going to ban appeal is the only way i could even find to make a ticket
Unless your appealing a ban or suspension then it would be the wrong category. The appeals team can not assist with anything else, they might be able to change your ticket so you could get help but that would cause the ticket to take a lot longer then it should.
I welcome correction if I’m wrong, but I believe in the case of self-reporting your names we’ve been informed that the appeals category is one of the only avenues, but specifically only for self-reporting.
I wonder if the tickets are a little more verbose than needed which is why they’re getting the standard template responses.
Had no idea about that, Was just going off from what Orlyia had said in her reply. That her tickets keep getting treated as appeals, to me that would mean the wrong category.
This is what i also found I’m pretty sure its the correct category they just arn’t reading the messages I put on it and going “Yeah no we decided the name was TOS” and then sending templates that sound like their angry that I made another ticket
