This must really depend on the class because I got 390 boots that weren’t ideal, but were still a dps increase.
Edit: 395 390… I don’t know… an upgrade.

You’re not subtle. Trying to weasel out of the points you were intending to make (that upgrades mean something…something you left open so you couldn’t be held to it) is failing you.
I never said every ilvl item you get which is better than what you ahve equipped means something.
My entire point is that it is false to state that upgrades in Live mean absolutely nothing. If you want to do something besides troll, I will continue this conversation. Else, have a great night.

RNG gear is in every aspect of the game, not just raiding. The whole gearing system is horrible now. We get RNG gear with RNG traits on top of it.
edit: Just killed the world boss, got a helm, awesome! Decide to actually use a coin for bonus loot. Another piece of loot! Exact same helm, exact same azerite traits. That is exactly what is wrong with loot in BFA, it’s just stupid and anti-climactic.
