When pulling up the self-service unstuck feature it immediately jumps to a page stating “We’re processing your request. Please leave this page open and we’ll update you as soon as we’re done.” despite not even receiving an option to select a character or any information. No character list loads, page has sat loading for over an hour now without loading a character list and does not transition to another screen at any point.

My character blinked through a wall and has been stuck DC’ing automatically whenever I log back in with no way to access the character because the unstuck functionality isn’t working. Any thoughts? Have tried clearing my browser cache and cookies all to no avail.

Yup, tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox. No change between the 3, infinite loading loop.

Off-chance, have you tried using a different device like your phone? I admit I’m no tech support wonk, just hoping it might help.

I actually did also try my phone, I don’t have any other devices I could try the function from.
