I’m sure our techs know, I do not Xorbin. I’m simply going on reports and this morning seems far more isolated than yesterday.
Nor do I know how much longer it will be - but if I’m given a timeframe I would pass it along.

Same, tickets keep getting dismissed.
I’m also having the same issue on my mage character in torghast cant login says “world server is down” and cannot use move character service!
Blizzard has extremely poor department to department communication. Poor Orlyia has to work on managing members without any information on when the fix will happen.

As MANY of the previous comments state… Although very frustrating… When logging in to your character… HOLD S OR DOWN ARROW to possibly free yourself from the loop. It worked for me but not convenient.
It isn’t poor, Revaren, just really not relevant. What is important is I know they are aware and working on it.

yeah I just got the quest to go rescue Baine and I got caught in an endless loop of loading screen.
I tried the back up method it shortened the screen time i had before trying to load into the other.
I have the same problem. Stuck loading screen on character that went in Torghast portal and unstuck service does not load.

I’m having the same problem. I started the quest to rescue Baines, and when I entered Torghast I get stuck in this load screen loop.

Having the same issue in torghast but i cant even log in. . . world server down message. All of my alts on the same server are fine.

you cant even start a new character because it sends you straight to the maw and GUESS what ya another load screen stuck.

Can we expect any kind of compensation for time lost? I understand problems happen, especially at the start of an expansion, but this is horrible. I specifically logged out in Torghast to do it right away when servers came back up. Now I can’t do ANYTHING for my toon.
“Go play an alt” is not an acceptable answer.

does not work for me
It’s interesting because most of Shadowlands itself doesn’t require a loading screen unless you’re coming in from outside of it, so I’m guessing some server channels hosting those areas got tanked and are refusing to respond.
well I just got unstuck by holding the S button but I hope Torghast will be accessible soon
