I logged out on a new toon on Darkmoon Island - trying to log back in & it gets stuck on a load screen for 5 minutes until it disconnects me.
I’ve unstuck the character, but I still get the Darkmoon Faire load screen & it still does the same thing, although the unstuck function telling me that character has been sent to the GY.
If staying logged off the affected character(s) for about 30 minutes does not correct the issue, then you will need to submit a ticket.
Be sure to inform them that the automated service is not working for you.

Try staying logged off the affected character for about 30 minutes, that should give the server time to recognize you aren’t in a good spot and should move you somewhere safer accordingly.
You can also follow up with the Unstuck tool again and it should present an option to contact a game master and have them move your character. That’s the highest priority ticket queue so you should receive a response rather quick.
e. Well, if I had seen the typing icon for Kyzera I wouldn’t have even bothered.
