My Unshackled renown somehow got reset to neutral after I did some world quest in Nazjatar post 11.0 pre-patch launch on 07/23/2024. If you check my main character Calculusii from illidan, you will see I get the achievement of Unshackled renown on 07/14/2019. This is super frustrating, please fix this bug ASAP.

Looks to be tied to reps which have a horde/alliance counter-part
