I think this guys forgot about more major patches that will come in and the fact that Blizzard is literally taking feedback on races from fans on threads and possible their AR Discords.
Need I say it again that Bretherezen started off a Tauren Hunter, was so up to and through Cataclysm nearly, and then I race changed him to Blood Elf for aesthetic and raiding purposes? Bretherezen is ALWAYS a Tauren at heart to me. ALWAYS. First. And. Foremost. Do not dare sit there and try to tell me I am being hypocritical for some moronic reason such as posting on a freaking Blood Elf, who happens to be my main, who to me, is still a Tauren. It's how I created him, it's how I write him in my fanfiction, and it's how he'll actually always be in my eyes.
Where Blizzard is on the record, just a few months back, saying they want to flip precisely that exact stereotype on it's head with future allied race(s). I guess he knows more than Blizzard does about behind the scenes development.

Bringing up your chosen race just shows the hypocrisy. Both factions already have races that aren't the stereotypical horde/alliance races. Alliance have some bestial/savage type races, Horde has some elegant/cute type races. But, allied races are a new avenue. They weren't a thing previously so they've never lied about their intentions to date about them. So yeah, I believe them when they say they'd like to use them to further re-balance the aesthetics of the factions. The subtext was pretty clear in that they'd like to add races that fly in the face of the stereotypical conventions of what's a 'horde/alliance' race.

You saying this doesn't make the fair and fabulous Blood Elves not part of the horde. So the argument of "savage and bestial are horde, fair and beautiful/cute are alliance" falls apart.

I tried being a sensitive person before. My good nature was heavily abused. Blame the people that came before you if you want a reason for my irritable demeanor during those earlier hours of the morning. Not meaning to even be rude, if that's how things are coming out. I can see how this will go based on previous responses, so I'm not gonna argue further. That's not the point of this thread. I will say though that being disrespectful and screaming back doesn't solve anything. It only makes people more hostile and defeats any point you were trying to make. Presenting an opposing argument is fine, but tone and words can make or destroy anything you have been trying to say.
Back onto topic though. Druid forms are a bit tricky to think of. Wind Serpent for flight form is an easy one. Travel form could be a krolusk with an eel for aquatic form. I was thinking maybe hydra for guardian form given that they are quadruped in WoW. I'm drawing a blank for potential feral or balance forms.
