Ion has said that theyâll be working on putting heritage armor quests in X.5 patches, and those would require development on Azeroth for sure ergo itâs looking like the mid-patches will be our âcatch up with the actual planetâ breaks, and therefore prime real estate for adding in new playable races.

From what I understand they do not have a proper pharyngeal structure. This also might depend on the genus or species of snakes. Some lack structures while others have partial structures. I would have to do more research.
Ie: most snakes technically have two lungs, but we say they only have one because the secondary lung is vestigial at best. But this isnât the case for all species.

I wanted to show some good examples of female snake people in a well known game. MTG (Magic the Gathering)
Look up:
Naga Vitalist MTG
Grave breaker Lamia MTG
And if someone has TL3 please post these! I lost it due to my absence with exams. 
Both examples are female. They look pretty and feminine despite lacking mammalian breasts. Not that they need to look feminine. Androgynous is perfectly fine. My only point is breasts donât equate to beauty or femininity.
Breastless female Sethrak is perfectly acceptable.

I did not know this. Given the body of the Sethrak do you think this is still true with them?
Being upright might have required the lung to become useful again.
Also being less snakey with the arms and legs.

Given their humanoid form I would be willing to bet their organ systems are more akin to a humanâs. So I think two lungs and a digestive system of an omnivore.
Since we do have evidence Sethrak eat meat and fruit.

Thats what I was thinking. In Volâdun right now and found plenty of the eating of fruits as well as meat and eggs evidence.

I have such a deep need for the snake people. I was really disappointed when we got mechagnomes (sorry!), which was just a reskin essentially, while the horde got Vulpera, a completely new race.

Honestly I do hope Blizzard doesnât make the mistake of considering Allied Races a bfa feature.
They need to keep it up and add in the races weâre still missing.
As well as new races folk want to play. Such as Sethrak.
You and me both. I already have two stories ready to go for toons.
I can to a degree understand that, though i encourage you to try a Mechagnome (and any race you are unsure of) so you can be fully understanding of that race before kicking it to the curb.
Still Vulpera being a ânewâ race paired with a sub-race of what we already had can leave a bad feeling in many.
All that said, I love Mechagnomes myself, and I recognize that Sethrak were not at that time prepared in any way to go Alliance.

For those who donât know, you could make an in game suggestion for playable Sethrak as well. Click Submit Suggestion under the Help tab! The more people showing interest, the better! And continue to throw out ideas to include Sethrak in the future, racials, emotes, etc.
On a personal note, I finished my last exam and passed! I got my new certification for my job!

Me too. Perhaps we will see some new breeds being introduced during a 10.3.5? I would love to see other races from previous expansions being added to the game.
