Thinking up good racials can be hard to stomach. You really have to digest over it some before you get your fill. You can have a mouthful of a racial’s description, only to find that others find it tough to swallow. Just some food for thought.

I agree on so many levels with the op. It’s high time that the Alliance got something new and fresh. The Worgen have been carrying the Alliance in the animal/humanoid department for so long. And dont get me wrong, I absolutely love Worgen. But having another animal and a true counter balance to Vulpera would be very nice. Plus cobras are the coolest snakes every with their hoods. Spitting cobras are #1, dont lie!

They play dead and can spit venom.

Imagine it as a racial that would allow sethraks to spit out a paralyzing poison, allowing players to actually spit at an opponent, along with the emote “/spit”. AHAHAHAH

I want Sethrak to have a spit venom racial really badly actually. For both the emote and the racial. Could be really useful!

I can’t get enough of admiring the pose and image contained in this fan made draw, which only reinforce my burning desire for Blizzard to make sethraks a race available to warcraft players.

People love sethraks almost as much as they love vulpes, perhaps as much.

Just give them to the Blizzard horde. It will be enough for me.
It will be regrettable for the alliance, but it is not as if it were any different than it has been since the beginning of BfA.

I remember someone mentioning that you cant use mounts as a Sethrak. I wanna let you know that there is a way to see them mount aside from a Krolusk! Use your flight whistle on alliance and horde side while disguised as them!! You will ride the Gryphon/Pterrordax as the sethrak, they fit perfectly on the mount! I’ve also seen them riding on other mounts, they fit on all the mounts except mechanical mounts like the bikes/bomb/Sky golem and so on.

edit: their tails also dont clip with alot of the saddles!

What if Sethraliss , who can maintain nature and stuff, helped the night elves now that their lands are burned? I’m sure the night elves would respect her.

This could work. While the Devoted are helped by the Horde I don’t think there is a lot of the reverse? So I would not expect Tyrande and the Night Elves to react poorly to them or Sethraliss. And they’re certainly not Azshara or Elisandre.

Maybe Sethraliss is tied to Elune in some way. I noticed they share some similar domains.

I like that. It would be an interesting way to bring things in.

Perhaps Sethraliss is an additional physical manifestation of Elune’s tie to Azeroth. I am pulling this from some cultural belief that snakes symbolize the umbilical cord, thus joining humans to mother earth. Or in this case, Sethraliss could be a link between Elune and Azeroth. Which could explain why Vol’dun withered to sand upon her death.

Both snakes and Elune are associated with healing as well. Which we see Sethraliss is associated with healing.
