I hope they werenât scrapped too. I will hold out hope until itâs dead and buried.

The fact the work was done means it should be finished or as iâve said since launch day, they wasted precious time and money which couldâve been used to make a NPC model and be done with it which is ironically how Nightborne were done, plus i think they toned back ALOT of model changes since the Vulpera AR files got found in beta (which mind you didnât even have Mechagnomes on the list yet), dont even care if they go Horde i just dont want the beautiful work wasted forever (Granted i want the bias to go back to neutral first mind you).
Thats just my take on things as Activision-Blizzard is immensely greedy and cost cutting so wasting costs is liable to get you cut basically.

Unfortunately it seems I cannot add links of pictures.
BUT, I have been wanting to suggest hood patterns.
I was thinking patterns from Monocled Cobras and Indian Cobras. Theyâre pretty much the âclassicâ cobra and have some nicely defined and varying hood patterns.
Any other ideas for scale/hood pattern? It would not have to just be cobras. I think they already have a Diamondback Rattlesnake pattern on some of the npcs.

I had a red albino cornsnake as a childhood pet~ I got him for graduating kindergarten. My mother was not happy⌠Miss him lots!
I think for scale patterns there are just so many options, especially with the beautiful morphs they have nowadays.
Itâs a mouthful but one of my favourites is a âSunglow 66% Het Aneryâ, I love pink though~

While I do want Sethrak. And excited for Vulpera. I do have a fear, about if they did get added as an allied race.
In ES/tESO, Argonians are my absolute favorite race - mainly due to the sheer amount of customization on them - and rarely will you ever see two argonians look alike; unless done intentionally.
Sethrak seem to solely have the cobra hood and a handful of colors going for them, which is fine; be nice to see more and more appearances suggested for them - especially in a Desert / Tropical region, from adders, to mambas, cobras, vipers, pythons.
Cause while I do play both factions; they would be a great fit for Alliance - especially it would break norm for them. I would really love to narrow down to having really only two main toons while the rest are just farm / bank alts.
Hell even have the name Histeria saved just in case the fateful day comes.

Or they can send sethraks to horde.
At this point in history, the most important thing is that sethraks are not abandoned as simple npcs to be forgotten in BfA. 
As for Alliance, just take a paper gnome.
No oneâs going to think itâs bad.

I have several pet snakes! I love them all but my favourite is Hershey, my Eastern Hognose. 
Sunglows are beautiful, though Iâm more of a fan of natural colors rather than morphs. That being said I do like Moonglows. And my pet Ball Python is a morph. 
Sheâs a mystic potion. Look them up, theyâre cool.
They do sort of have an albino colored Sethrak already. Although I donât think they have any pattern like most albinos do. I would change their eyes to blue, to make them leceustic. (Patternless, white animal with blue/black eyes. Occurs in humans too just like albinism!). Or add some pale patterning to make them albino. 
All in all, Iâd be content with what they already have for Sethrak if additional patterns are not doable. Maybe just some face markings? Look at Worgen, their fur patterns are kind of lack luster but thatâs fine! (Biggest thing with Worgen, is I wish we could change the color of their ruff/head fluff/hair since their TRUE form is the beast form. Maybe weâll see that with the core race customization)

Hoodless options would be nice. Or a choice to âhood upâ so to speak. Cobras and other elapids (and other species with a hood of sorts such as hognose snakes) do not always flare their hood.
And different face/snout shapes would be nice. Sethrak currently have a very viperid feel to their face. Specifically pitvipers.
Perhaps add:
Hognose (Turned up snout)
Cobra/Elapid
Python/Boa
Colubrid (Gartersnake, Kingsnake, Cornsnake)
All of these have distinct head and snout shapes and are commonly recognized even by people who arenât snake crazy like some of us here.
Also, I love that name. Its amazing.

I donât know if thereâs anyone here who still remembers this snake but, it was the first snake I saw that had no negative qualities attributed to its nature.
And sheâs almost as old as me!

Iâve been wanting to own another snake but I also really want a red tegu so once my little pup passes on Iâm going to get one, apparently they donât like small animals.
I suppose I could keep a snake as well but I have limited time so I want to make sure the animals I choose to pick up get more than enough time and attention.
I really love the leceustic dudes, with blue eyes especially! There are a million patterns they can play with and thatâs just considering actually existing ones, with the freedom of being able to make up their own other worldy patterns too the only limit is time and creativity.

I got some news that Sethrak npcs have been datamined in 8.3! Nothing clear as to their purpose but itâs a good start! It keeps Sethrak current and in my opinion shows Blizzard is aware of the love and excitement for them.

All I saw on WoWhead was âSethrak Combatantâ. Which is VERY vague. No known location either. I find it really intriguing.

Only thing I can draw from something that obscure is that it doesnât specify Faithless or Devoted. Just Sethrak. Could mean absolutely nothing though.
Iâm just happy that it seems Sethrak arenât just going to be dumped off at 8.0/8.1.

Combatant could be a guard NPC in one of the new incursion zones. Perhaps the connection with Uldum Accord weâve been hoping for?
