With World of Warcraft: Exploring Azeroth: Pandaria coming for October 17, 2023, we could lean some more interessing things about the Mogu:
- What happens to Rajani and the other clans atfer BfA
- If there is still a collaboration between the Rajani, the Golden Lotus and Shado-Pan
- Rajani looking for the titan legacy
- If we get new clans among the Mogu
Well as you can see, I really want to see what we will have in this book
A book like this one for Outland could be interessing too.

Today is the first anniversary of this thread!!
Thank you all for participating to this thread and feel free to discuss about Mogu as playable race or just about them here.
I will try to update this thread when I could or when we will get information about Mogu.
I hope to see Mogu as playable race one day for the Alliance or as neutral race.

I would be all for this if they were neutral.

The Rajani feel like theyâd be a wonderful and quasi-different race if added to the Alliance but I also can see them being Neutral or just straight up Horde.
I just feel like they donât add much to the Horde overall whereas with the Alliance we could use some more warlike and tough races.

I would like to see some interactions between the Rajani Mogu and the Ironforged Dwarves. It could be interessing to see them to speak about the titans, the titan-forged complexes and some titan artefacts. They believe in the same âgodsâ and they are titan-forged races so some interactions between could be interessing. Maybe they could even find a way to serve Azeroth together.
If the Mogu become a neutral race, maybe the Gurthan Mogu could find some interests in the Orc fighting style and how the Blood Elves master the arcane.

Honestly seeing some Rajani come to the Isles to investigate Titan interests there would be good⌠maybe have on interact with the Regorging of Tyr.

The Mogu, much like the Sethrak, feel like they would work well in the Alliance more so than in the Horde to me. Not entirely sure why. They just seem more⌠Allianceây than Hordeây.

Itâs interessing to see that the Dwarves and the Mogu believe in the same gods: the Titans. It could be a good thing to exchange their view about that.
Sure we have Dwarves believing in the Light but their first gods are the Titans (Khazâgoroth being their âfatherâ). Itâs a common belief to them.
Even Lei Shen, the first emperor of the Mogu, believed in the Titans and he wanted to apply their âwillâ by the strengh and finish their work by the strengh too (when Lei Shen die in the Throne of Thunder, he says: âI sought to finishâŚthe work of the GodsâŚâ) and he didnât kill Ra because Ra bestowed life on the Mogu, who know him as Ra-den or Ra-Den, which means âMaster Raâ in their tongue => he is litteraly the âfatherâ the Mogu like Khazâgoroth is the âfatherâ of the Dwarves.
I would play a Mogu. I think they were great villains that deserved more screen time and a better outcome. I like their design.

Strictly speaking the Dwarves that follow the Holy Light do so with the knowledge that the titans still made them. They donât need to stop worshipping the titans to worship the light.
That said the worship and care for Titan things and places is definitely something I would want to see with the Rajani mogu.

I would like to play as a Mogu since they were allies to the Zandalari and I always found the Mogu to be a neat bull dog race within world of warcraft.
As promised, I wanted to make mention of theâŚwell, mention of the Rajani Mogu in Exploring Azeroth: Pandaria, in which there isâŚreally nothing there.
Itâs literally a sentence about how the Gate of the August Celestials were closed and defended by the Shado-Pan and the Rajani, referred to as the âone good faction of Mogu we have knownâ and that Chen helped them (still being salty about his wasted booze when doing that). Nothing about what theyâve been up to since then or anything like that, and that was the only mention I saw in the entire book of them.
That is all I have to report, unfortunately.
â14 days until Blizzcon starts (Nov. 3rd)!â

Getting nothing else for the Rajani Mogu is a little disappointing in this book. But with the rumors about a new continent with things about titans, there is a chance we will get more things for them. Letâs see what we will get soon and if we will get some Rajani Mogu things.

With all these titan things, I really hope we could finally get Rajani Mogu as playable race. Itâs the perfect time to get them. Neutral race seems to be the best option for them.

We could get Rajani Mogu as playable race in The War Within as playable race because of focus on titan races. We could get them in The Last Titan expansion too because the Rajani Mogu could come to help us in Northrend because of titan facilities and titan things. They could help us to protect Azeroth and maybe she will wake up in this expansion so Rajani Mogu could serve a new titan.
Rajani Mogu could work with the Alliance meanwhile the Taunka could work with the Horde in The Last Titan expansion. Of course, Rajani Mogu as neutral race could work too.

I think tieing the Rajani in as a neutral race might actually be a very easy and good setup now that we know ARâs are back on the table for sure the way that they appear to be.
Iâd put Taunka and Frostborn dwarves together as a pairing and have the Rajani be their own neutral faction able and willing to work with both sides and especially the Dragonscale Expedition.

With an expansion about the titans with The Last Titan, I think we could see more titan races in Northrend work together about how they can serve and help the titans or Azeroth.
It will be a good opportunity to give us some of them as playable race for one faction of the both factions. Rajani Mogu is one of them and with the Earthen coming as neutral playable race, it seems the option for Rajani Mogu will be neutral too. As I see the Rajani Mogu for the Alliance, getting Mogu for the both sides could work too.
I suggested the Gurthan clan for the Horde and the Rajani clan for the Alliance. It could be interessing to see them work together to serve and to help the titans or Azeroth but also to give us two distinct clans for each side like the Drathyr and maybe the Earthen.

Rajani would have been an amazing option for TWW.
