I bought mine for like 20k gold, lol.
Figured I had spent my karma on Goldenmane when he dropped for me.
And I was getting tired of killing Sethrak. I love the Faithless too. xD

Also, just noticed they re-instated the post limits. As in, I won’t be able to respond unless someone posts after me. Even if several days go by…

I would rather not have to kill them, but I’m the type that feels like it’s that much sweeter when you earn the item yourself as opposed to buying it. Plus they’re 78k on the AH, and after 5k+ kills I’m emotionally invested

And this is the text that accompanies this piece they worked on.
"When adventuring though the Bazaar of Dazar’alor, I came across this lovely treasure chest. Unfortunately, it was guarded by two rather large priestess of Sethraliss. Instead of taking it home I decided to recreate it for the world.
If I had one wish in my life, It would be for the Seth’rak to be a playable race in World of Warcraft. Exploring the culture created by the Blizzard team was the highlight of the expansion for me. I love everything about them! From the materials, weapons, dungeon, quests, NPCs, animations, and of course - that beautiful crystal atop all of their architecture! This was my main inspiration for this project.
This piece was created in the Brushforge Mentorship with Jordan Powers. His input, along with my classmates, were incredibly helpful and encouraging to get to my final result. These past 8 weeks I was able to work along side super skilled artists. Being apart of this class gave me the opportunity to learn an extraordinary amount! From rendering textures in a stylized way, to learning the pipeline for hero props at Blizzard.
As a bonus I was able to make some pretty cool friends! Shout out to Niko, Dyanna, Scott, Liz, and Aleksander! You all were a tremendous inspiration during this time."

So after doing the quest I just feel sad. So many sethrak lives lost because of an ancient grudge, one of which was a friend of Emeni. Sad

Yeah, I’ve come to the conclusion that that quest is just downright depressing
Emeni seems to be like the boogeyman to the Sethrak.
I sure hope they maybe change directions with her as the expansion continues. Or it builds up to something we aren’t exactly seeing at the moment.
But as always, playable Sethrak please.

Its good we have characters like this, we cant have everyone have strictly redeemable features and ultimately good goals and methods.

It’s a bit disheartening and I feel like blizzard is kinda flipping us off there…
Kinda a “you like sethrak? Here you go watch them all die by one of their own cause they’re just monsters.”
It’s… Something I hope changes in time.
I’m still hopeful that 10.0 is a world revamp and many of the requested races will have a chance.
True… I should keep this in mind.

Don’t get me wrong. I still love Emeni.
I am just super sad for the Sethrak. Cause I really like them. And it really is a lot of needless killing.
Though that little bit from that artist gives me some more hope.
