Whatever faction Saberon would join would have to learn to resist petting young Saberon cubs. Not sure they would appreciate that, though I also imagine Saberon cubs also likely to bite if not taken seriously.

Given their society that we can see I suspect you donât want to go willy nilly touching Saberon in general.
Strength and guile are their guiding stars it seems and Iâd bet petting one would be a very quick way to lose a hand.

I wanted to share an image of a Vah Shir on the boxart for Everquest 1âs Shadows of Luclin expansion:
Itâs a pretty neat design, though the Vah Shir in-game looked more regal than on the boxart, where they look a bit more fierce and savage.
Still, it looks pretty cool. I figured I would share it for some Saberon design inspiration. I imagine them looking fierce in-game, like someone that knows how to fight and you donât really want to mess with them.
Iâll keep an eye out for anything of Saberon idea inspiration interest!

I donât know that the Saberon would be regal but I always like when Cat races have that feel.

I first started playing Everquest 1 during Ruins of Kunark. I was still playing when Shadows of Luclin came out, though I needed a new computer to have the game run properly. I think eventually, it started to run better on the computer I had before I upgraded, although my graphics card wouldnât show armor on the Vah Shir modelsâŚor any clothing on them whatsoever. Bit of an odd glitch there. x- x
My hopes with playable Saberon do come partly because Iâd love to be able to remake my Vah Shir character on here. Iâll always keep a character slot reserved just in case I can make him someday!

The next expansion will be announced on April 19th:
Not really sure what all to expect, though I will be happy if weâre back in the living world (of Warcraft!) instead of cosmic places like the afterlife. Getting out of Shadowlands will feel like a huge relief, to be honest.
Hopefully, weâll see some race requests come true for people in the next expansion. Iâll always hope for my most wanted playable races, Saberon included of course, though Iâll try to keep an open mind.

If you mean playable races and aside from Saberon, Iâd also want Saurok, Ogres, and Sanâlayn on the Horde since they are at the top of my most wanted list.
In general, my wanted playable race list is the following which I have character slots reserved in case they do become playable:
Horde:
Kelfin
Ogres
Saberon
Sanâlayn
Saurok
Alliance:
Ankoan/Jinyu
Arakkoa
Ethereal
Furbolg
Sethrak
Seeing them playable and getting to make the characters I had in mind for those races would really make my day!

Came across this video that talks about why cats always land on their feet, with a bit about the camera used to catch the footage:
Figured it might be something of Saberon interest. I think them having a safe fall racial of some kind for falling a certain distance with no damage would be fitting. Obviously, they would go splat if the distance is too far, but it would be a cool feature to see for them.

If you mean of my most wanted races, Saurok would rank the top. A lot of it has to do with Lizardmen being my favorite fantasy race for various reasons.
Ogres are a close second, then Sanâlayn, then Saberon. I donât really know how else to rank the other races I want, but I still hope to be able to make characters of them someday.

I would like them to go Alliance, in return Horde can have either their Ogres they want so badly, or at the very least, Mokânathal.

They seem like a better fit for the Horde to me.
Iâd like to see furbolg and sethrak go Alliance. And Jinyu/Ankoan and Ethereals⌠And Arakkoa.

They are. Theyâre shamanistic and tribal, which describes most of the Horde races (obviously not the elves or Forsaken.)
Dwarves, Kul Tiran and Draenei can be shamans but theyâre not the pillars of those races like shamans are for orcs, trolls and tauren.
Plus, on a less serious note, Iâve been saying for years that cats and dogs needs to be on the opposite faction for the lols.
