We are paying for a service, and being denied that service. Unlock the damn realms already, or hire some competent IT staff who can do this properly.
Let alone the fact those of us on PvE realms have to deal with idiots from Benediction killing flight masters everywhere, something you don’t get on PvE realms, I’d suggest blizzard fix this mess. I’m tempted to contact the ACCC in my country as you’ve breached the terms of operation. You’re actually inhibiting game play.
The player base is very unhappy, those of us on the megarealm do not want people from Benediction bringing their toxicity and ninja looting to our realm. You’ve made a huge mess, and gameplay is worse off for it.
Don’t worry y’all. I’m sure they’ll finally figure out how to unlock the realms at some random time, like 8:22 PDT, when most people trying to save names have given up and stepped away.
