Undead Shaman are on the way

And before they get here, there is an issue that needs attention. For most of wow history, shaman were orcs, trolls, and tauren. Then later, draenei, dwarves, pandas etc etc. However, when we finally get undead shaman…all the models will be of undead humans.

This is the perfect time to update undead customization to refelct any number of other undead races. You may want to be an undead tauren shaman, or perhaps undead draenei? The time is now! Lets not wait till the undead shaman are here and we are all stuck with undead human shaman.

There’s nothing that prevents anybody from practicing shamanism. All they need is to hear the call.

That’s how Draenei first became shaman

Undead should get Upright and the ability to look like Calia.

And they should be allowed to look like the Undead Elves too.

Undead aka the Forsaken is more than one race…

Im saying that undead shaman should be able to look like they are undead of other races. Not JUST humans.

no we need to add some other small furry race into the game that doesnt’ have a binary gender representation, you bigot.

The Forsaken are specifically humans from Lordaeron though.

Are you asking for undead customizations for shamans of other races? That… Would not seem to make much sense.

Well, the Forsaken is not more the one race though. They are the residents of Lordaeron that were killed by the Scourge and Blizzard allowed every race to be undead with DKs.

They should give all DK races more rotting options.

The Forsaken were always more than just the victims of Lordaeron from the scourge.

You had multiple races (I think even gnolls at one point…) but you also had different undead types.

You had your abominations, spectres, banshees, nerubians(?), shades, ghouls, etc.

Give Forsaken customisation options:

Ghostly skin tones
Shadowy skin tones
Abomnation-like appendages?
Elven ears?
Nerubian eyes?
More constructed like Derek & Caila options
Upright for obvious reasons
Specifics of where bone :bone: would be exposed or lack there of.

There is literally no one to resurrect new forsaken.

And if they make a story about new necromancy… well, that will ruin whole sylvanas arc since vanilla.

Whatever. Okay.

Prior to Cata, they were not raised. Roll a Forsaken in Classic. You just spawn in the graveyard after watching the cinematic.

Also…undead shaman….

Are we saying Bone/tombstone :headstone: inspired totems? Cause yes!

Not just humans. The Undead Elves are a part of the Forsaken too. Blizzard was just didn’t want to give them that, but totally cool to give it to the Elves… Even those that had shouldn’t have them.

Btw, the shaman options that are needed (imo of course) is updated ghost “wolf” forms. Not every race uses wolves are their “totem animal.” That’s really a Frostwolf / orc thing.

Update the travel forms, or give these travel forms:

  • Tauren - kodo
  • HMT - moose
  • Orcs - dire wolves
  • Mag’har - maned wolves
  • Troll - Draenor raptor
  • Zandalari - Zandalari raptor
  • Goblin - hyena
  • Vulpera - fox
  • Forsaken - spider
  • Blood Elf - lynx
  • Human - lion
  • Dwarf - ram
  • Night Elf - saber
  • Gnome - rabbit?
  • Draenei - Draenor talbuk
  • LFD - Argus talbuk
  • Worgen - saber worg
  • Void Elf - warp stalker
  • DID - darkhound
  • Kul Tiran - crab
  • Mechagnome - robo-dog hologram

Panda - crane

I don’t remember… does that cinematic tell you you were raised by Arthas?

Shaman hasn’t been nature-based for the better part of two decades, anyway. I see no reason why they couldn’t harness the elements.

I agree. It is a double thumbs up want.

Well, I guess if we’re just going to continue to throw lore out the window, sure add races to the Forsaken that weren’t even there or not in enough numbers to matter.

To me there’s a big difference between a Draenei that decided to be a warlock after the fact and changing the entire back story of a race, which is what would happen if you make Foraken non-human.

Those would be cool but the OP said:

which would definitely be the start of complete destruction of the story.

Numbers don’t matter.

See Void Elves.

Actually they have been also elves sense they started. But more races have been added sense then. wowpedia Forsaken source

On the topic for character customization, I wonder what this category will be used for:
