I am trying to buy BFA in-game (since I can’t figure out how to buy the non-deluxe edition outside the game), but every time I go to the in-game shop and click Buy Now, it says, “Shop error. There was a problem with your order. Please try again.” Tried reinstalling WoW and upgrading my graphics drivers, but still not working.
The standard option should be the bottom one here.

It looks like you are all set, Fawz, but I wanted to cover this bit… Usually if you have an issue with the in-game shop, it is often an addon, firewall or other security program that may be interfering. The shop uses different connections from the game, and while some security programs/firewalls allow the game to go through, it often stops the shop processes. If you try to purchase something in the future and have a similar issue, try disabling any security programs you use temporarily and see if that helps.

I can’t use the In-Game shop. I have tried to disable all my addons and still nothing works.

I tried that and it still doesn’t work.
It’s not disabling your add-ons, but security programs like a firewall or antivirus
Do you have a Razor mouse?
There have been issues since 8.2 with the Razor driver.

I have a Razer Naga epic chroma
If you can, use a regular mouse until you complete your purchase, then you can put back your Razor.

I restarted my pc and tried a different mouse, I still have the problem. I’ll check my firewall next.
Can you try uninstalling Razer Synapse briefly?
