I have no Addons running, doest matter what helmet I’m wearing. I have to costume effects on that I can tell. I’ve deleted all quests.
And it still tells me this item is unable to transmog… Help?

What are u tying to xmog and i would still do a proper UI reset just becasue u have no addons doesnt mean a UI reset mite not fix it.
With the pre-patch before expansion there were some items people had geared, that it changed level on to something you can’t technically equip and now can’t transmog.
Other things, if you are wearing cloth for example, as a plate wearer you won’t be able to transmog the cloth because you should not have it on. At least I think that is how it works.
The armory for that char is not working so hard to be specific.

My head slot has a read circle with an slash. I cant even pick the head slot.
Without looking at the transmog tool. What is your char wearing on your head right now? Check the level and armor type. Just use your normal character viewer.
The reason you cannot tranmog it is that it is a mail piece, not plate which is your characters armor type.

I have had this same problem, but it still wont work even after resetting the UI and deleting the cache
Is your character wearing the appropriate armor type for their class in the affected gear slot?
- Cloth = Mage, Priest, Warlock
- Leather = Rogue, Demon Hunter, Monk, Druid
- Mail = Shaman, Hunter, Evoker
- Plate = Death Knight, Warrior, Paladin
