Unable To Transfer

I am attempting to transfer off my server but I am unable to.

The system tells me that I have mail in need of clearing from my mailbox; I don’t have any mail. It’s been this way for the last 12 hours now.

I don’t have any pending mail.
I didn’t send any mail to anyone recently.
I’ve tried buying something on the AH to reset my mailbox.
I’ve sent something to this character and then cleared my mailbox again.

Try posting on the toon you want to transfer. Also note you can not play Classic and BFA-retail at the same time.

Sorry I did not say.

Classic toons are not transfers. There may be exceptions, but awhile ago they did offer them. That time may have expired.

Paid xfers in classic are a thing…
