Couldn’t talk to anyone including the Innkeeper. I looked it up online and still couldn’t find anything useful. Do I have to do some pre-requisite quests first?
You have to get a breadcrumb quest to go there to unlock it and requires level 64. The breadcrumb can be gotten in quite a few places but norm from one of the zm towns is the one people find as it’s the zone before.
Most areas need the breadcrumb leading to it in order to do it or at least to unlock the main quest line as such never go to a area without a quest pointing you there.

That might explains it, I skipped the whole Zangarmarsh zone. I gonna try to look it up. Thanks!
definitely a quest to unlock it. on horde it starts in hellfire.
For alli, there is one friendly Krunaei NPC at the Orebar Harborage in Zangarmarsh. Do his 3 quests and you’ll hit neutral and get sent there.
