I have tried to open a ticket for in game issues and can’t. I am unable to interact with Battlelord Gaardoun to recruit new troops; unable to get quest To Helheim and Back and Secrets of the Shieldmaidens. I am a level 112 DH on Blackwater Raiders and my name is Ubeljagerin.
Probably need to progress further in level / faction campaign.
I’d look up the quests on WoWhead, and check out comments for any information. Generally it’s a great resource for all things WoW.
Blizzard generally doesn’t help with quests / quest info as it’s considered a game hint.

To be clear, these are not quests. These are the titles of overarching story lines that you need to complete for an achievement. They encompass a number of different quests in a series. So if you’re looking around for quests with these names, you will not find them.
It looks like you are part way through the “Trial of Valor” story line and will need to complete that series of quests before you can do the others.

Thank you for the information about the quests. However, the issue of not being able to interact with Battlelord Gaardoun was addressed. I am unable to recruit new troops like I could before.
I’m unaware of any issues with this NPC. If you don’t already have the maximum number of recruits and you’re unable to interact with the Battlelord, it could be an issue with your game interface files.
So you’d want to start with a full reset:
If the problem persist, you’d want to open a ticket on the support website.
