Unable to submit support ticket

I am having an issue connecting to Wow classic. I tried everything in the different forums I found to fix the problem my self and had no luck so I decided to open a ticket. I wrote out the description of my problem and what I was doing when it first occurred, I attached the DxDiag, MSinfo and tracert files like the ticket asks me to do. After doing these things the submit button becomes usable but when I click it it spins for a few seconds and nothing happens. I have tried submitting the ticket in chrome, edge and firefox none of them work.

I’ve seen people having connectivity issues over on Tech Support, so it might be something tied into that. Especially with a certain provider, from what it’s looking like.

But as for submitting a ticket? I know sometimes when the files are too large, they won’t send through. That may be the case with you submitting the files.

Oversize DXDIAG text has been known to cause failure to post issues.
Post this in the Tech Support forum and they can tell you what extraneous info to delete from the DXXDIAG to reduce its size. There are likely other posts with that info in that forum but YMMV when searching for them.

I did not see the posts that you linked before. I downloaded a VPN and sure enough I was able to log right in. That is the dumbest thing Ive heard of but I am happy to be able to play again.

From what I saw it was something the ISP was acknowledging on their end, so in this instance at least - it really is outside of Blizzard’s wheelhouse. I’m glad you’ve got a work around though, until they get it fixed properly!
