Unable to submit a ticket. I get to "tell us about the issue "part and no matter what i choose the submit button is not there. I Logged into my account and still cant submit a ticket . I have several issues post patch and i cant even report it . I tried resetting interface , renaming folders to Old , my addons were removed and the problem still persists.
It’s likely something is missing that is causing the submit button to be missing. What category are you trying to submit a ticket under? And have you tried the support page here?
Yes ive tried . I tried submitting a ticket for ingame issue. Tried several times, both ingame and at the link you provided. Missing a submit button and when i try to see my active tickets it says that i have none.
I have a problem with my character getting to level 50 and missing a BFA questline , a well known bug , also my other character that was inactive since Legion expansion cannot acess Proving grounds from trainers , garrison NPC or Npc from the temple of the White Tiger.
So i should have multiple tickets by now but i have none.
I’m having the same problem with not being able to submit a ticket. It just goes in circles. I have no NPC’s loading in Gorgrond after using Party Sync with a couple of friends and it still is persisting. Tried both the website and in-game service to no avail; no option to even SUBMIT a ticket. I really wish that it would have an option to submit a ticket or at least contact support in some way…
Tickets are the only method of contacting support at current, with the exception of very specific instances that will be offer the live chat option – but even that is for a very small window of time each day. The pandemic has people working from home so their range of contact offerings are minimal, and then the patch has exploded ticket times for a bit. Hopefully a lot of issues will be seen to after the weekly reset or fixes rolled out ASAP.
A GM is not able to assist with this. It might be related to a known issue.
I was able to access proving grounds on my Void Elf Rogue from the Rogue Class Hall and my Garrison.
Have you tried resetting your UI? It won’t fix the issue with the BfA questline, but it might fix your Proving Grounds issue.

yes i did reset my ui but the problem persist.
