Handed in In the blink of an eye and my monk npc doesn’t come to give me before the storm as wowhead suggests? What gives? tried logging out and back in and nothing.
This is a boosted character.

This seems to be an issue that can happen specifically with Monks after a boost. Initiate Da-Nel just doesn’t want to show up and offer the quest.
I’d normally recommend putting in a ticket, but I had a moment, so… you should be good. Don’t abandon that quest, I don’t think Da-Nel will reappear to give it back.

I’ve had this same issue for months, made a bug report, several wowhead posts (where I met several other people who have made bug reports), etc., and then stumbled on this thread. I made a ticket as per the blue post, and my ticket response basically said “we can’t help you, go make a bug report”.
I just wanna do my quest… I guess I’ll add another bug report to the mountain of bug reports 
Unfortunately, we aren’t always able to assist in these situations. If there is a bug preventing them from acquiring the first quest into the Class Hall/Artifact Weapon line it needs to be addressed by the QA and Dev Team.

What a Game Master can do depends on the situation and on the policies that govern them. Policy for this does not allow them to intervene in this case.
