Can confirm. The War Council happens in a side room instead of the throne room, and it can now be picked up. Talking to Jaina insantly ports you into Boralus, and you need to talk to Taelia to interact with the Scouting map (but don’t need to pick up anything). From there, the other unlocks pick up after a few seconds to start the War Campaign/Nazjatar etc.

Is there still the intro questline where you meet with Jaina’s mother and then have to escape from the prison? I don’t want to skip that.
The character I did it on was an alt. I didn’t have any specific part that was like “Skip this”. When you meet Jaina in the harbour, she had one option “Take me home”, and I was instantly in the Harbourmaster’s office. So no option to Skip and Slow or whatever.
This might also have been a different experience to most characters since it was a Kul Tiran, idk if that makes a difference.

Thanks for the quick response. That might have been it. I’ve never seen the “Take me home” option on any of the characters I’ve taken through that opening questline before, but I haven’t unlocked Kul Tirans yet, either.
