I cant understand for the love of God why these devs include stuff that is not usable. For Christ sake just remove it from the game until its added. Incompetence just pours out from all holes this company has.
If you haven’t had the skill to implement it ontime, remove it until its ready!!!

It’s not early access anymore and speaker Kuldas is still not taking these 2 quests. Also I read that awakening the machine opens up with renown 3 assembly of the deeps. Maybe that’s wrong I don’t know I am renown level 9 and he still just stares at work table not moving or taking quests
Now able to interact with him, however he only has the quests from Hallofall renown 11. So Im unable to do the world event.
Finally someone else with the same bug!
Sorry, I mean it sucks we can’t start it - but I was going crazy because no one else was having an issue. I wonder if its because we have hallowfall renown 11?
i have the same issue with like renown 5 so i don’ think thats a factor.
Same issue here. Rank 5, Level 80, can’t interact with the NPC.
Same here. I can interact with Speaker Kuldas, but he has no quests for me and I can’t start the event.
