Same problem here, lvl 80 and lvl 6 renown and can not speak to him, i have two quests to turn into him.

Same here. Reported multiple times and no response. Clock is ticking, Blizz. These are timed events and we’re all locked out of the content we paid premium for.

For everyone havin issues with this…it’s an event that does not unlock until this coming Tuesday. Once it is available you can also turn in the other quest item to him. Hopefully this helps you stop stressing about it.
