Just purchased a WoW token in the AH to sell for gold. Purchase went thru fine…but it will not let me create an auction to sell it. Showing current price at 161,929…but create auction does not work. Not greyed out…no error, nothing.
You can’t sell tokens purchased through the AH. You must redeem them for either 30 days of game time or $15 of Blizz Balance.
So you BOUGHT it from AH using gold?
If so, those are only able to be used for game time or Battle Net Balance (if your location allows that conversion).
The Token bought from the Blizzard Shop using actual money is what you list on AH to sell for gold.
Make sure to go to the tab specifically for tokens, you don’t create a auction the same way for tokens as other items.
Also, you stated buying the token from the ah, but I think you mean the store, ah tokens can not be resold on the ah, only used for time or converted to balance.
Sorry, let me reiterate. I clicked on the wow token in the AH, then selected the option to go to the wow shop. I have the token now in my inventory that says “can be sold for gold on the auction house”.

In-game purchases of tokens aren’t resold in-game, Subotai.
I wonder if it might just be a UI or Addon issue.
You can try disabling all your addons and see if it works and if it doesn’t a Full UI Reset may be in order to rule out any issues.
Have you done a full UI reset to make sure nothing is interfering with the AH interface?

I just reset my UI as well, still showing the token in my inventory as being able to sell in AH for gold (when you hover over it)…yet cannot create an auction with that token.
The article I linked is still applicable.
Run through those steps and see if you still have the issue.
yep, did the UI reset…still same issue.
Guess I can try like every hour or so to see if it resolves itself…
What about the order status? Does it say “Completed”?
yep, completed, and my card was charged.
UPDATE: looks like it finally went thru. Appreciate all the suggestions here. Could have been a combination of things…but again, all appreciated!
