Asking here since in game FAQ system didn’t have an answer and would never let me get to submitting a ticket other than asking me why their wizard didn’t work. Got tired of having to retype the issue 4 times trying to get the option to submit ticket. This isn’t the same ticketing system I remember. Unless they aren’t accepting tickets because of COVID, hadn’t heard.
Here it goes:
I leveled a DK to 60 and lost interest, never picked a covenant. Leveled a pally and picked a covenant. Decided to go revisit my DK and pick a covenant since I have played the game all the storylines etc.
There is no option or ability to allow me to select a covenant. Any ideas?
Thank you!! I thought I had to go the actual leaders like I did with my pally. Thank you so much. Still not crazy about the new help system. None of their suggestions didn’t even remotely come close to my detailed explanation. Maybe its too new and hasn’t built up its database yet.
Your issue would have fallen under in-game issues, and Stuck on Quest from there.
Just be mindful that game masters aren’t there to help with every issue we might have, so if you have to really stretch to find a fitting category for something in the future, it is likely they won’t be able to help you.
We often would receive a large number of tickets that either we could not assist with as they didn’t fall under our purview or contained little to no information so that we could act on the request. The system we have now tries to guide folks through the various options and request specifics when needed.
Usually when you are unable to easily submit a ticket it is on a subject that our staff is unable to assist with, like those having to do with game hints. The system will try to provide links to support articles and other places for information, but it may not always be obvious.

Being level 60 is not the trigger for selecting a covenant unless you selected to skip that with The Call of Fate once you have leveled another character to 60.
Otherwise, you’d need to continue questing through the various zones. You look to have the quests “Break it Down” and “Blooming Villians” in Ardenweald.
Keep in mind, the help system is for issues that players are unable to help themselves with. Such as billing and account issues. Learning about the game, questlines and other game content is something you are supposed to discover while playing. Sites like Wowhead and talking to your fellow players is where you will pick up a lot of information you may not pick up on your own.
Sorry if the process was confusing, Humbaby. A lot of the information is on Wowhead, but what you find often depends on your search. My google-fu is often horrible.
LOL, yeah thanks!. The game is amazing this go around by the way. Having a blast. Just so much more content like a totally different game. I have been playing 16 years and this is the first time I ever felt overwhelmed. Thanks for help! Peace
Oh one more note. I brought my lvl 53 shammy in and Fatescribe Roh-tahl had the exclamation point over his /her head. if you are level 60 the ! isn’t there, so you have to right click NPCs unless you know the name and right where to go… Found this also pointed out on reddit.
