Hello! I need to open a ticket, but I can’t because it says I have two open tickets from a year ago regarding removing an authenticator… I have no options to remove these tickets. Again, 2 old tickets from a year ago. Both somehow regarding an authenticator. How do I remove these pending tickets?
It’s rare, but it does happen from time to time. Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do about them. It will require a blue here to pass it along to get those tickets forcefully closed.
In the meantime, is there a chance that your ticket is something that we might be able to help with or shed some light on here? Keep in mind that this is a public forum, so please don’t share any personally identifiable info

I just purchased a race change (never used), and would like a refund. Because I’d rather faction change. But it was denied and I was then moved along to open a ticket 
.
Ah, yeah, that’ll require a ticket if the automated system wasn’t able to provide the refund unfortunately.
I’m not too sure any Support Forum Agents are in tonight, so you might need to wait until the morning unfortunately.

Not really no. I’m around tomorrow myself and will keep an eye out and poke one of our lovely blues if they miss this thread They’re pretty awesome though at keeping an eye out for this sort of thing.

ty! Ive tried everything, just not options when i check on these old tickets to edit or delete them

Both still say “pending” and are 12 months+ old. No options to remove or delete them.
Be patient she will get back to you when she can
Yeah, they are hung.
I’ve sent this up - but it may take awhile for them to get to the request.

Any updates?
You can usually check your account to see if the stuck tickets are gone. If not, they haven’t been gotten to quite yet.
