When fighting the first boss of the raid Frida Ironbellows she can attack a mob called Rakle the Wretched, who doesn’t take damage. If this happens when your character dies she will be stuck fighting that mob indefinitely and your character will be stuck dead and unable to resurrect. In my case I used every support feature available to me and nothing helped. Unstuck, bug report, contact live service never worked. We logged out for a period of time and it kept us in this fight. if anyone has a solution please let me know because this is probably my last avenue left for trying to get my character out of the raid. It looks like this bug has been around for a year at least, I hope they fix it even though its not priority content.
I have the other character stuck in this raid. We were grouped. I tried the stuck character service and it moved me to the beginning of the raid but still dead and still stuck - I don’t want to lose my main…
Open a ticket and tell them you couldn’t move the character. You could also try posting in Customer Support.
I put in a ticket when I made the post and am very thankful for the team member who moved me to my factions capitol city, I hope they fix this bug though. I wanted to do 1 more post as a follow-up since it seams a lot of the players who get trapped by that bug don’t post follow ups and its hard to tell what helps or not.
