I accidentally purchased a realm transfer instead of a race change last night (Order Number 131525209) However, the transaction doesn’t appear on the refund page under support. I opened a ticket, and was simply given a “too much time has passed” despite making the purchase a day ago. Is any assistance available here? Thanks.
If the order is showing as Complete in your Battle.net transaction history, it should be good to go. One of our SFAs might be able to take a look in the morning, but the link above would be the best option.
Have you looked at your CC, and has the charge actually completed there? if it is and you still can’t complete the refund submit a ticket, otherwise wait until the charge completes, then try to do the refund again.
