I have done all the quests up to the dungeon, I have the dungeon quest telling me to go to the group finder, but when I open it there is nothing there for any dungeon. I’ve closed the game and gone back in, cancelled the quest and reaccepted it, etc, but nothing.

I have the same problem. Dungeon finder populates as a list of skulls.
Same issue here. All addons disabled.

Yep, had the same problem and just had to re-login.
Relogging does not fix it for me, been 5 hours.

Did you create the character during the whole fiasco last night? I did and when I logged into it finally this morning, I had no starter gear or equipment. I wonder if a part of the character creation process was missing on my character and that’s why the dungeon finder is empty.
I did and maybe that was the problem. When I got into the game last night I had no gear and seems there were some other things not working, but I was still able to get through all the quests up to the dungeon. But maybe that was where the issue came from. I made the character over again and so hopefully it’ll work this time.
This is exactly the same situation as the one I had. I can’t delete the character for the name because she has 50k gold in the mail which I can’t get until I am off the island. Lol
It does look like it was just characters that were created 10/13/2020 that are having that issue. Mine did and then I created a new one today. Was able to get the the dungeon fine on that one.
Hello, it’s been almost two years later and this has started happening again. I’ve logged off/back in. I’ve exited fully/signed back in. I’ve abandoned quest/accepted again. The dungeon is visible in the queue window for a split second upon opening Dungeon Finder., but is not retrievable after that.

This happened to me today as well, same as Caeru. No listings appear in the dungeon finder. I dropped the quest, logged out and closed the client, waited 30 seconds, came back and took the quest again. The dungeon appeared momentarily in the dungeon finder before disappearing again. I had to delete the character.
Was having the same issue, forgot I was in a group with someone who already did the starting area. Left the group and the dungeon appeared in the que.
