Problem:
Character made during server issues spawns into exiles reach without gear, can progress through the island until they reach the dungeon finder at the end. Cannot see the dungeon in the dungeon finder. Cannot progress past Exile’s Reach.

Solutions tried:
- Abandoning and retaking quest
- Abandoning and retaking quest after logging out
- Abandoning the quest, logging out, retaking quest
- Grinding nearby ogres for experience to reach level 10
- Turning off all add-ons
Why is this a problem for me:
I can’t just delete and remake the character, I have 50k gold and other things in the mail, which I cannot access on Exile’s Reach to mail back.
