The option under shop to purchase a wow token with real life money is not even there. I just purchased a WOW token with gold from the AH and that was not a problem. Consumed it immediately (this was mostly for testing the purposes). But can’t seem to find an option to purchase for real money for me to then sell for gold on the AH. Been an active subscriber for many years
There are two types of token.
- You purchase with gold in the Auction House and trade it into 30 days of game time or Battle.net Balance.
- You buy with real money in the in game shop and then you sell this token for gold in the Auction House.
Check the Shop from the game menu and you’ll find the token you are looking for there.
Its not. Has the other services listed such as faction, race, name change etc, tmogs, pets, toys, but not token
Are you actually in game? Or are you on the character selection screen?

That would be my question as well. The WoW Token must be associated with a specific character so you’ll only have the option to purchase it in the shop while you are logged into the world.

Tried both. Does not show up in either.
Character screen - bottom left Shop icon, not there. Then log into game on a character, press ESC - then shop, or click shop on the micromenu. Neither show it

That might be from you switching counties.
The country of residence registered on your Battle.net account must belong to the same region as your World of Warcraft account. For example, if you play on American realms, the country registered on your Battle.net account must belong to America.
