I am trying to make payment for 1 month 14.99 $ via US server using PayPal, I am getting success message but the payment is not going through
If I try to use credit card it simply coming back to same screen

How do I solve this, it seems 1 month game time purchase option does not exists anymore.
Prepaid game time is now only available in 60 day blocks.
But it seems you are having a problem setting up a subscription?
My only thought is to remove all payment methods from your account management wallet, make sure your PayPal account is verified with a credit card attached, and set it up again in your wallet.
I’ve seen other posts with PayPal issues though, hopefully it’s not having issues with processing the purchase due to your location.
That’s because RBI has made it mandatory for payment processors to implement something called E-Mandate for charging recurring payments. Blizzard has not implemented this from their end I guess. Unfortunately the only way for you to purchase will be to buy game time and add it to your account, which is only available minimum of 2 months.
Use a Niyo Global DCB Bank debit card. It works seamlessly.
