My toon, Bouncerz-Blood Furnace, is unable to complete the shadowlands quest in Org. The portal doesn’t appear. I have reset it and created a video of it happening. It has happened many times. I boosted this toon bc I already have a dk maxed out. Any help would be great.
It could be quest phasing, let’s start with the quest log, even quests you might have recently abandoned.

So, you talked to Saurfang and watch the cutscene?
I have watch the entire cut scene. Then watched the dk walk over and cast the portal and it doesn’t appear. But he walks through it. It is the only quest I have.
A similar thing happened to me when I hearthed out of ICC after walking through the portal. Not a smart move on my part, LOL! What I was left with was an NPC channeling what should have been the portal, but there was nothing there.
In my case I made contact with Blizz for help, and they moved my toon back into ICC.

You’ll most likely need to open a ticket, like Breakbeat suggested. I would also agree that doing a UI reset first to check would be best, and if the portal is still not there, make sure you specify in your ticket that you did a full UI reset first. That’s the first thing they’ll ask you to do, and it’ll just save you the frustration of having do to after you’ve already waited on a ticket response.
