I recently reactivated my WoW sub and was going to post a question in the General forum but I am unable to create or reply to threads there?
Also, when I try to update my ph # in my account settings it says that my ph # is invalid?

Log off, and then log back on to the forums and see if it works
Your phone # may be on a list that isn’t allowed. I believe some pre-paid ones are on that list.

It won’t let me update my phone # still logging out and in. Not on a prepaid phone, although I was a couple years ago but I long switched to a regular billing plan and changed my # some months ago.
Not urgent but guess I’ll wait for support to respond here.
If the number you are trying to update your account to belonged to a pre-paid carrier, then you may not be able to use it. For that, you may need to put a ticket in and see if that may be the case as I don’t think there is a list published anywhere.
